Paris Saint-Germain has decided to drop its bid for Zion Suzuki, Parme's goalkeeper, due to new demands from his entourage. The Parisians had already found an agreement with Parme for a transfer fee of 35 million euros.

Lucas Chevalier's situation
Paris Saint-Germain's coach, Luis Enrique, has the goalkeepers Matvey Safonov and Lucas Chevalier. But the latter, arrived last summer from LOSC for 40 million euros, has had a particularly unhappy first season at Paris Saint-Germain, lost his starting place to Safonov and could already be pushed towards the exit.

Zion Suzuki started his career at Urawa Red Diamonds, before joining Saint-Trond in 2023. In 2024, the Belgians sold him to Parme for 8.2 million euros, where he became one of the best goalkeepers in Serie A.
